This reporting form is for you to provide information about a possible violation that you consider to be related to corruption in the LTG Group. You can report possible bribery, abuse, fraud, embezzlement or waste, disclosure of trade secrets, falsification of documents, etc.

This notification form is intended for you to provide information about a possible breach that you consider to be related to the processing of personal data within the LTG Group. Employee Safety →
This reporting form is intended to provide information on the following possible violations within the LTG Group of companies: inadequate working conditions, improper organisation of work, failure to provide protective equipment, carrying out hazardous work without authorisation, failure to comply with occupational health screening requirements.
Protecting the environment →
This reporting form is intended to provide information on the following possible infringements within the LTG group of companies: improper storage and sorting of waste, pollution of the environment by waste, waste water, air pollution, storage of chemicals and quality of drinking water.
Fire protection →
This reporting form is intended to provide information on the following potential breaches within the LTG Group:
Non-compliance with fire safety rules (smoking in unauthorised areas or use of open flame sources in unauthorised areas. Flammable materials (e.g. chemicals, fuels) are stored in an inappropriate manner, without adequate protection.
Non-functioning or missing fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms and water supplies)
Lack of or inadequate implementation of evacuation plans (evacuation plans and diagrams in buildings not provided, evacuation exits blocked, locked or unmarked).
Improper use of electrical equipment (faulty electrical appliances or wiring, non-compliant or overloaded electrical installations).

This reporting form is intended to provide information on the following possible infringements within the LTG group of companies - information on infringements related to maintenance of structures, maintenance of signalling installations, contractors' activities, maintenance of rolling stock, organisation and execution of traffic, train control, shunting, wagon marshalling, transport of dangerous goods.

This reporting form is intended to provide information on irregularities relating to hazardous installations, emergencies, their liquidation and recovery, evacuation of staff and rescue operations, the implementation of the process of setting up and accounting for the mobilisation reserve, the implementation of business continuity plans and crisis management.

This reporting form is intended to provide information on possible violence (psychological pressure, bullying, unethical, offensive comments, threats, belittling, unjustified criticism, non-sharing of important information, etc.). ), harassment (abusive gestures; sexual harassment; unwanted physical contact; intrusive enquiries about private life, etc.), violation of equal opportunities and diversity (discrimination on grounds of age, gender, sexual orientation, language, nationality, opinions, disability, etc.) against oneself or another employee(s).

This report form is intended to provide information about possible violations related to a competent entity* or its direct manager or the direct manager of that manager, and information about a potential breach related to the General Director of the LTG Business Unit**, the Chairman of the Board of the LTG Business Unit and/or members of the Board.
